Beautiful countryside farm
What is not to like...sitting around a fire pit under the stars. Listening to the owls in the privacy of a beautiful apple orchard with the only other sounds being the gentle plop of the apples dropping intermittently. The tent and facilities have been very well thought out, great bathroom with posh shower, a camp kitchen with all you need to cook a meal or make tea. And to cap it all the hosts super friendly and very passionate about what they do.

Absolutely lovely stay
We stayed at 10 campsites this summer and this went straight into our top 3 ! The orchard itself is lovely, huge pitches - we felt like we were literally the only ones there ! Toilets and shower are great, and the little shop is absolutely perfect. Most of all Howard and Fiona are so welcoming, helpful and kind it was a joy to stay at this campsite ! Great location too - could not recommend more.

Delightful small camp site with lovely hosts in a picturesque setting
Loved the large amount of space between pitches and that it's such a small camp site. The owners are really nice and friendly, driving us to and from our camping spot with our camping our gear in his 4x4 which was a lovely unexpected bonus. It's a lovely quiet place surrounded by greenery, a lovely place to get out into nature. we very much enjoyed our time here and the town was only a relatively short walk away which was equally as delightful.

We loved our stay at Bowhayes Farm!
The location is so peaceful and it is great to be able to stay within the trees of the apple orchard. Howard and Fiona are such welcoming and friendly hosts, who gave us loads of great recommendations for the local areas pubs and walks. We will definitely be returning and have already recommended to all our friends and family. Poppy & Dan

A great glamping experience in a very peaceful location
We stayed in the bell tents for a long weekend with our family in August and had a brilliant time. The tents withstood a very windy day, and were great to stay in with comfortable beds and duvets. The kitchen has a nice view over the local area and the bathroom is uniquely placed inside a horse box - but is very smart, with plenty of hot water and an excellent shower. The area is extremely peaceful and is a great place to relax.

A fantastic and quiet site
A fantadtic and quiet site, we had such a relaxing time with lots of space and picturesque views. The utilities were great, especially the shower. All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even making a fuss over our dogs. We will definitely be staying again. An ideal spot if you want to unwind and get away from the world for a while.
