Check-In: Feel free to arrive any time after 2:00 PM.

Check-Out: Please vacate by 11:00 AM to allow us to prepare for our next guests.

We’re delighted to have you! Please register at the reception upon arrival.

If you’re under 18, ensure you’re accompanied by your parent or legal guardian.

Arrivals and Departures

Running late? No worries—give the Farm Office a heads-up.

We hold bookings for 24 hours, after which the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Cancellation refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the site is able to relet your unit/pitch.

​There is no reception at this site. Please check in at the Coffee Shop instead.

Units/pitches will be allocated on arrival.

Feel free to swap your car for a motorbike in your booking at no extra charge.​

Our friendly Farm Office staff will help you check in. If you arrive when the office is closed, you’ll find contact details in your welcome message to guide you.

Changes to your holiday

To modify your booking, please do so at least 2 days in advance to avoid a £10 fee.

Bookings are personal to you and cannot be transferred.

Dogs

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Well-behaved/quiet dogs are allowed on site by prior agreement with the hosts (excluding the Bell Tents)

Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead at all times whilst on site.

Dog poo must be bagged and disposed of in a suitable bin.

Accommodation & Facilities

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

In the event of a complaint, please speak to the Farm Office / Site Manager immediately.

Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Please note that the shower facilities are unisex.

Public areas are non-smoking.

Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30pm and 8:30am.

Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

The site is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Recycling bins are onsite, but preferably please take your waste home.

No hen/stag parties permitted.​

Visitors are not permitted on site.

Pitching Up & Keeping Safe

Use pup tents for storage only. Guests may not use them for sleeping. One pup tent is included within the cost of one pitch.

You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.
-
Enjoy a BBQ, but keep it off the ground and supervised. Remember, no firearms allowed.

The orchard is on a south facing slop - pitches are located on the flattest of site.
-
Pitches are between 60m and 450m walk from the parking area.
-
Bringing a torch might be handy for darker areas, and please steer clear of the animals—they’re friendly but best observed from a distance.
-
The site is on a working farm; children and dogs must be supervised at all times.
-
Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Firearms are not permitted.
-
Open fires are prohibited.
-
Please do not touch or feed the animals.

No driving in the orchard - luggage will need to be carried. Transfers are available for booking in advance as an extra.

Vehicles & Visitors

Park vehicles in the designated areas only, and please minimise movement from 11:30 PM to 7 AM.

We keep our community cosy by not allowing external visitors.

Our Farm Office closes at 4:30 PM, but if you're arriving late, just let us know, and we'll make sure everything’s set for your arrival.
